Upon entering the guesthouse, the house rules come into effect, and the visitor is obliged to accept them.
Arrival and departure
The landlord is not present at the specified arrival and departure times, and the key to enter the building is provided to the Guests in a key safe mounted on the gate. If required, we can also provide personal presence upon arrival/departure.
Prior to arrival, the Guest is obliged to provide the accommodation provider with his/her personal documents for data collection - My Guest Application. The Guest carries out the document reading process independently. In case of refusal to read the document, the accommodation provider has the right to cancel the accommodation.
Our guests can only occupy the Villa after paying the full accommodation fee and uploading the documents.
The accommodation fee refers to the days booked in advance. In case you decide to cancel your stay early, we are unable to refund your money.
The accommodation can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the Guest must vacate the house by 10 am and return the key received upon check-in to the key safe. Please take great care of the keys, as if they are lost, a complete lock replacement will be required.
Please close all windows and doors when leaving, and leave the house in the same clean, tidy and undamaged condition as when you received it.
Pets are allowed at the property only after prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Payment
The accommodation fee can be paid by bank transfer or in cash on site.
The operator will charge the Guest for any fees incurred subsequently – for example, due to damage.
Smoking and use of open flames
Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (terrace, yard) at the accommodation.
The use of open flames (e.g. candles) is prohibited at the property.
The guesthouse has heating, which is provided by the host.
There is a fireplace in the living room, but it cannot be heated for safety reasons.
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by fires and the cost of alarms due to the Guest's negligence. In the event of a fire alarm caused by negligence, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the cost.
Furnishing items
Guests may use the equipment in the garden, on the terrace and in the house at their own risk.
If you are able, please wash used dishes and cutlery, thereby helping the cleaners' work.
It is forbidden to remove furniture and textiles from the guesthouse! The guesthouse will reimburse the person responsible for any damage caused by negligence or intent.
Security
For property and accident protection reasons, the entrance to the guesthouse is monitored by a security camera. By entering the guesthouse, the Guest consents to the recording of the guest.
To protect your valuables, we ask that you always lock the house. We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms.
The Guest is responsible for his/her own behavior in and around the house, and bears the consequences of any accidents.
The person causing the damage or their legal representative is obliged to compensate for any damage caused in the accommodation area.
We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests who are drunk or aggressive. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the Guest does not follow the house rules, if he/she breaks the peace and disturbs the neighbors.
In case of violation of the house rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are not able to refund the Guest for any remaining days.
Guests are financially liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the guesthouse or violation of the house rules. The operator is not responsible for the Guests' belongings.
The Guest uses and makes use of the guesthouse's equipment and other services as intended, with awareness and knowledge of his/her own health, physical and mental condition. The operator excludes any liability for injuries resulting from improper use or use that is not in accordance with the Guest's actual health, physical and mental condition.
Events
Music and dance events, stag and hen parties are not permitted in the guesthouse.
Visitors (non-hotel guests) may only be received at the accommodation during the day with the permission of the accommodation provider.
Cleaning
For stays longer than a week, the operator provides cleaning once a week (with change of towels and bed linen).
Please take care of cleanliness. It is not a criterion, but we would appreciate it if you would take off your shoes at the entrance and bring your own slippers to use in the house. This also ensures the comfort of the Guest.
Parking
Parking is free of charge in the courtyard of the guesthouse.
There is no possibility to charge an electric car because our electrical network is not prepared for it.
Wi-Fi
The guesthouse has a Wi-Fi system, which is free of charge.
24-hour emergency service
As in any household, something may break or malfunction in the guesthouse through no fault of the Guests. If you notice any abnormality or malfunction, please report it to the owner immediately in order to prevent possible serious damage.
